Samsung Expected to Snatch webOS After Being Discarded by Hewlett Packard!

After striving hard in the computing and mobile world, Samsung plans to take hold of the webOS that has been left aloof after HP decided to kill its PC business.

Palm webOS SamsungWith time, there are changes occurring within the likes of Samsung. The company is making every little effort to help themselves to escape the bounce time that they are currently experiencing. In order to avoid that, Samsung is having thoughts about taking over webOS which has been left apart by HP’s sudden departure from the PC community.

The speculation about Samsung being an expected buyer of webOS, rose when the PC sector came tumbling down after the end of the much hyped HP reign. Samsung is likely to take webOS in order to compete against Android and Apple’s phone makers. The scene has altered completely after Google’s acquisition of Motorola!

Now there is a competition in which the stages and positions have been somewhat altered. Android is successful in securing a nice and safe spot for itself after the acquisition of Motorola. Thus HP also has been able to secure a massive amount up to $ 1.2 billion after the acquisition of Palm.

However, amongst such strong a deal and competition, Samsung has its own motives behind planning to take webOS. They are in need of an excessively secure environment and this they will able to achieve only when they are the masters of something huge. With the webOS under their wings, Samsung will be able to escape the bad name that they are under, from quite some time since the launch of their Samsung Galaxy tablet! This will surely provide them with an opportunity to place them under the light for some time which can definitely boost their stakes.

Interestingly, all phone makers have their respective operating systems that they have deployed within their phones and are making good money out of it. Apple has iOS. HTC has its massive supply chain. Samsung Galaxy tablet will have Windows Phone 7 Mango. And Motorola will, of course, have Android. After enlisting the ones used by other phone maker, Samsung is left behind with not that bad an operating system such as the webOS. This can prove to be the trump card for the phone makers and they might make it big with this in the near future. Thus let’s wait till Samsung actually buys webOS and makes it huge!
